The listing is being managed by talented real estate agent Ryan Serhant, who has gained attention for his high-profile clients and his appearance on the Bravo series “Million Dollar Listing New York.”

Andy Cohen’s NYC ‘dream house’ hits the market

Andy Cohen, the iconic host of the Real Housewives franchise, has decided to part ways with his beloved West Village duplex after two decades of ownership. This 3,500-square-foot dreamy home, located in a quiet historic pre-war space, has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Cohen bought the place in 2003 and worked on it for several years, combining it with three other units next to it to create his ideal home.

According to the Post, Ryan Serhant, who has been friends with Cohen for a while, got a solid vibe the moment he saw the apartment. “The first time I walked into Andy’s apartment, I said, ‘Whenever you’re ready to leave, even if I have to pull it out of your grasp, please let me know. Because this is a one-on-one,'” Serhant once said on Netflix.

“The design of the home is not only beautiful, but it’s completely functional and has more storage space than you could ever need — something that’s not easy to find in the West Village,” the star real estate agent tells PEOPLE. “Opportunities like this just don’t come along in New York City. Whoever buys this home is truly getting a once-in-a-lifetime deal,” he added.

Andy Cohen’s iconic NYC duplex

Andy Cohen worked for years to build his dream home. When the pandemic hit New York City in 2020 and everything went into lockdown, Cohen had almost completed all the major changes he had planned. The place has been a hit spot for celebrities like Madonna, Sarah Jessica Parker, John Mayer and Kelly Ripa, who have had their parties here. Even though they couldn’t throw big parties during the pandemic, Cohen and his real estate agent, Serhant, really made a name for themselves thanks to their kids.

Cohen worked with interior designer Eric Hughes and architect Gordon Kahn to make sure the place was perfect. Although it hasn’t officially hit the market yet, people expect it to go up for sale in September.
