When Justin Timberlake was arrested he had a vape in his possession, among other valuables.
Justin Timberlake was arrested on a DUI charge in Sag Harbor and the case went to trial a few days ago. The singer was reported to have a vape, a Rolex watch and $306 in cash on him, among other items, at the time of his arrest. He insisted on staying sober at the time of his arrest, but he failed to do all of these.

Items Justin Timberlake had on him when he was arrested revealed
The singer was arrested in Sag Harbor on June 18, 2024, when he claimed he was returning home from a visit with his friends. The police report of the arrest revealed the possessions Timberlake had on him the night of his arrest. He had a vape pen, an expensive watch, a gold ring, and some cash in his wallet, valued at $306.
On the night of his arrest, the SexyBack singer insisted that he was not drunk as he had only had “one martini” and was heading home following a Vaughn and her husband. When the police stopped him, he refused to take a breathalyzer as he had broken a stop sign near the luxurious American Hotel. According to the police report, the singer failed all sobriety tests and also showed signs of intoxication as he was unable to balance and failed to follow instructions properly. The couple he was chasing tried to save him from arrest, however, the police officer insisted on booking him and let the woman drive his BMW UT.

Justin Timberlake’s lawyer denies the allegations
The singer’s lawyer, Edward Burke Jr., insisted that his client was not intoxicated when he was arrested. He also alleged that the woman had been drinking with Timberlake all night, yet the police officers failed to detect her intoxication and let her drive the car. He said, “The police made several significant mistakes in this case”. Justice Carl Ieres, who was appointed as the judge for the case, reprimanded the singer’s lawyer for “irresponsible” marks about the investigation and threatened him with a gag order if he continues to reveal everything to the press. Timberlake is currently in Europe due to his world tour which is about to end and has pleaded not guilty in the DUI arrest case.
