Bollywood actors Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have joined The secret of a mountain snakeAn upcoming feature by filmmaker Nidhi Saxena, as producer through his pushing button studio.
Starring Trimla Officer and Adil Hussain, the film has been prepared for its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival 2025. During the 1990s, the intimate story of a far -flung Himalayan city of a remote Himalayan, a schoolgirl, who is posted on the border of the husband, tells the intimate story of Berka (Adikari).

“This is a story inherent in the myth and yet today is shocking relevant. In PBS, we believe in the storytellers who take creative risk and Nipi has designed something unique, poetic and intimately,” he said.
Saxena, who also wrote the film, said that the film is about women who risk everything and follow their desires, reduce the burden of morals imposed by the world on them.

He said, “I was looking for kind colleagues and it seems like a meeting of mind and heart. It seems that we do not need to borrow the voice of men to tell our stories. We have our own voice, which is strong with femininity,” she said.
The project was selected and funded by Venice’s Binel College Cinema Program. The first feature of Saxena, Sad letter of a fictional womanThe 2024 Busan International Film Festival was premiered for much praise. The Venice Film Festival is scheduled from 27 August to 6 September.
