New Delhi: As Rise and Fall nears its grand finale, Tower turned into a rollercoaster of emotions over the weekend, with laughs, light-hearted banter and fiery confrontations that thrilled the contestants and fans.
The drama started with Ashneer Grover entering the Red Room, which immediately created a lively atmosphere. Ashneer jokingly teases Arbaaz and Dhanashree and congratulates Arbaaz for securing the coveted ticket to the finale. Reflecting on his win, Arbaaz said, “You must have also seen, I am not scared in the pure game, I was playing bindaas, but that day I was scared of missing out so close to the finale.”
Ashneer couldn’t resist a joke and quipped, “You should be scared too! The day Nikki came and burst the bombs, I thought your and Dhanashree’s game would be the same!” He praised their partnership, saying, “Despite all this, he could not break you.” Pulling Arbaaz’s leg, he said, “We are business people, we started getting inquiries for sponsorship of lip balm!”

The atmosphere changed when the infamous Bali-Aditya episode came to light again. While Ashneer praised Aditya’s intelligence, Bali was clearly upset and described the move as “inappropriate”.
The weekend’s Powerplay segment brought much-needed comic relief, with Kiku Sharda donning the avatar of a top astrologer named Pravesh Kapoor. “I am the world famous astrologer and tarot card reader from Mulund!” He announced dramatically, leaving everyone stunned. The banter culminated in an impromptu dance party, giving the contestants some relief from the rising tension.
However, the fun was short-lived. The latest twist, Ticket to Go Home, reignited controversy as contestants voted on who they deemed worthy of eviction. The exercise quickly turned into a heated exchange when Aakriti voted for Bali, prompting him to call her a “cringe,” “rondu” and a “loser.” Aditya’s vote by calling Bali an “emotional manchild” added fuel to the fire.
In the end, Bali and Aarush got the most votes – although the act was symbolic, the emotions it evoked were something else. With just days to go before the finale, tempers are running high and alliances are shifting.
Currently, the tower is divided: The workers—Aarush Bhola, Bali, Manisha Rani, Aditya Narayan, Kiku Sharda, Aakriti Negi, and Nayandeep Rakshit—are fighting under the rule of rulers Arjun Bijlani, Dhanashree Verma, and Arbaaz Patel.
Rise and Fall is available on Amazon MX Player at 12 noon and Sony Entertainment Television at 10:30 pm as the countdown to the finale begins.
