BTS Army, gather here. K-pop band BTS leader RM (Kim Namjoon) recently shared a famjam photo with fellow band members – Jin, Jungkook, Suga, J-Hope, V and Jimin on social media. In the photo, the idols are seen in their casual best. They can be seen sporting their buzzcut hairstyle. Captioning the photo on Instagram, RM wrote, “You can’t forget this.”

ICMI: BTS reunited after their eldest member Jin completed his mandatory military service. He was discharged from the army on June 12.
Several photos and videos of Jin’s discharge ceremony went viral on the Internet. As Jin passed through the Army division, BTS members – RM, J-Hope, V, Jungkook, Jimin and Suga gave him a warm welcome. In one of the viral videos, BTS leader RM is seen playing the saxophone while Jimin gives Jin a friendly pat on the back. Several photos and videos of their emotional reunion are doing the rounds on the Internet. In one photo, the entire group can be seen posing for a picture together. “Jin is Back” balloons were put up on the wall.

For those who don’t know, Jin began his 18-month military service at a boot camp near the North Korean border. After a five-week training period with fellow soldiers, he was assigned to an army unit. As he prepared to leave for military service, his bandmates rallied to support their ‘hyung’. BTS leader and rapper RM shared that Jin didn’t say much at the time of his enlistment. He said, “Like the eldest, Jin said he would experience it all first and tell us how it went.”
In December 2023, RM and V begin their military service, followed by Jimin and Jungkook at later dates. BTS is expected to reunite in 2025 after the seven members have completed their mandatory duties.
