Russell Brand came out of a smooth black Mercedes on Friday and took his first step towards a court, where he faces allegations of rape and sexual harassment in a scene away from walking under the Hollywood Red Carpet.
The actor-comedian, wearing a black collar shirt, was open to his midsection and was quickly mobilized by cameras, playing a gold cross. The bolt stood upright and slowly moved forward through media and audience crush, protected by a ring of bodyguards and uniformed police officers.

Chief Magistrate Paul Goldspring ordered the brand to show in the Central Criminal Court, known as Old Belly on 30 May and granted him bail on the condition that he informs the court about where he was living, either in the UK or in the US
He currently lives in Florida, but is obliged to participate in all future court performances. If he does not follow the conditions, he falls in jail.
Prosecutor Suki Dhadda said the brand raped a woman in a hotel room in Bornemouth in 1999 when she attended a labor party conference in the city and met her at an event where she was performing. Another woman accused the brand of grabbing her by the cell and attempting to pull her into a male toilet at a 2001 television station in 2001.
A third accused was a television worker, who met the brand at a friend’s birthday party in Soho in 2004. He is allegedly accused of grabbing her breasts before pulling her to the toilet and forcing her to have oral sex.
The last complainant worked at a radio station and met the brand, while he was working on a spin-off Elder brother Reality television programs between 2004 and 2005. The brand has alleged that he grabbed him with both hands, pushed him against a wall and kissed him.
The allegations followed the joint investigation of September 2023 by the British Media Outlets Channel 4 and The Sunday Times.
The brand denied the allegations when he first appeared, On the day he was accused last month, he posted a video that he welcomed the opportunity to prove his innocence.
He said, “I was a fool before I stayed in the light of the Lord.” “I was a drug addict, a sex addict and an embossel. But what I was never a rapist at all. I never said in non-absorbial activity. I pray that you can see looking into your eyes.”
