Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who is known about the magnetic screen appearance, is ready for the release of its much awaited film ‘Alexander’. While promoting the film, Salman opened about various aspects including controversies and fan expectations.
Talking to ANI, Salman was asked whether the controversy has become a trend with every film release. Reacting to this, the actor clarified that he does not want any dispute around ‘Alexander’.
The actor said, “Hey Nahin Chahai Bhai, some controversy.
“And I don’t think controversies make a film a hit. We have seen, in fact, sometimes the release of a film is delayed due to controversies, for example, from Friday to next Tuesday,” he said.
He said, “Abhi.
Talking about what fans can expect from Alexander, Salman assured that there is a lot to present beyond what is seen in the trailer in the film.
He said, “This is just a trailer of 3.5 minutes. When you watch 2 hours 25 minutes long film, you will understand that this trailer was nothing. We cannot put everything in the trailer. There are many things in the film that you are going to like … for an action film, for an action film, feelings are very important …”
When asked about the filmmaker and his father Salim Khan, actor Salman Khan said to participate in the trailer launch of ‘Sikandar’. “The love and honor he has earned is still intact. When I was leaving home to attend the trailer launch, he told me that he would also join me. Every member of our family saw Dad and asked what happened to you? When he came there, he sat back more than 8-10. He wanted to see the press reaction.”
The film is directed by AR Murugados, which is famous for its Tamil and Hindi blockbusters like Ghajini and Thuppaki. Sajid Nadidwala has constructed the project, in which Salman Khan’s reunion has been marked after the 2014 blockbuster, kick.
‘Alexander’ is set to release on 30 March 2025.
