Actor Steve Zahn, known for his roles in ‘Reality Bites’, ‘Out of Sight’, ‘Stuart Little’, ‘Daddy Day Care’ and more, has joined the second season of science-fiction series ‘Silo’. The Hollywood Reporter.
The producers recently announced the show and its release date. Steve was joined by star and executive producer Rebecca Ferguson, Common, creator and showrunner Graham Yost, and executive producer Hugh Howey at San Diego Comic-Con.
During the panel, the second season premiere date was also announced as November 15. The 10-episode second season will debut with the first episode on Apple TV+, with one episode releasing weekly on the streaming service every Friday until January 17, 2025.
The second season cast includes Tim Robbins, Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, Evie Nash, Alexandria Riley, Shane McCrae, Remmi Milner, Claire Perkins, Billy Postlethwaite, Rick Gomez, Kaitlyn Zoe, Tanya Moody, and Iain Glen.
‘Silo’ is based on Howe’s novel series and focuses on Earth’s last 10,000 inhabitants who attempt to stay safe in a home a mile deep below the toxic world above them. The reason for the Silo’s existence is unknown, and those who try to learn more about it find themselves facing deadly consequences.

The show’s executive producers are Yost, Ferguson, Howey, Michael Dinner, Nina Jack, Joanna Thapa, Morten Tyldum, Fred Golan, Remi Aubuchon, and AMC Studios. The first season of ‘Silo’ is currently streaming on Apple TV+.
