Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has officially listed his Beverly Hills mansion for sale for $61 million. There were rumors on Hollywood Street that the rapper was thinking about selling his land, however, the sale became official today as it hit the market. Sources told Page Six that the mansion’s sale “comes as no surprise to insiders despite the recent controversy surrounding the hip-hop mogul.”

Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion is up for sale
The luxurious home is spread across 13,000 square feet of land in Los Angeles’ so-called Platinum Triangle, which includes the luxurious neighborhoods of Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills and Bel-Air. Sources insisted that Diddy had plans to sell the mansion that was raided by Homeland Security. However, he was never charged for everything. The listing for the upcoming home will come up on the real estate world’s Multiple Listing Service.
As reported by Page Six, the home is located on a property called Billionaires’ Row and is surrounded by celebrity neighbors including Kylie Jenner, tech tycoons Evan Spiegel and Sean Parker, music legends Irving Azoff and Jimmy Iovine, fashion icon Alexandra von Furstenberg and the Playboy Mansion. “Combs made Star Island in Miami his primary residence years ago. Now that his kids are grown… the empty nester has decided to sell the property, marking a pivotal moment in LA real estate,” a source told the media outlet.

Diddy’s real estate details
Diddy purchased this mansion 10 years ago for $40 million. It is a two-story-mega mansion with 13,000 square feet of living space on 1.3 acres of land.
The mansion’s description reads, “A gorgeous cobblestone driveway leads to the completely renovated estate, which incorporates classic European design elements. The property features a magnificent paneled entry foyer with a sweeping staircase bathed in natural light, as well as a large living room, formal dining room, wine cellar, office and a family room and a gourmet kitchen with separate catering kitchen.”
It also mentions that the residential complex features a “state-of-the-art theater that seats 35 guests,” as well as “a two-story guest house” that “houses a large gym, recording studio and additional guest bedrooms.” The state-of-the-art property includes “spacious lawns, mature trees and formal gardens,” as well as a “resort-like swimming pool with waterfall and grotto, a basketball court, spa house and an outdoor loggia Equipped with a BBQ, bar and pizza oven.”
