Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has begun a “desperate” sale of his assets following his arrest and scandal. An insider told Radar Online that Diddy is selling his assets for less than their intrinsic value in order to pay for mounting legal fees. He was arrested on Monday night and has been jailed ever since and has had his bail denied twice. Civil ruling adds to Diddy’s legal troubles
His legal tensions are mounting, as a Michigan judge recently imposed a $100 million civil default judgment on him. The money was awarded to settle allegations that Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted a man at an Argie’s in Detroit 27 years ago. The 51-year-old man, who is currently serving a 75-year sentence, alleged that Diddy spiked his drink and sexually assaulted him when he passed out at a party in 1997. The inmate, Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, is in prison for first-degree criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping.
In June, he mentioned in his complaint that he passed out, “Sean Combs told me, ‘I put something in your (drink). I’m going to make you have (sex) one way or another.'” Diddy denied the allegations but failed to file a lawsuit against him and pays Derick $10 million every month. The complaint against Diddy is one of many lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and physical abuse.

Diddy sold his LA home
The first of many lawsuits against Diddy came after his girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed the first suit accusing him of sexually assaulting and physically abusing her during their decade-long relationship. The case was closed the next day and the hip-hop legend denied the allegations, calling them “disgusting.” He later tried to sell his LA home which spans 17,000 square feet and was raided by the FBI during the $6.1 million investigation. “The walls definitely seem to be closing in on him,” a source told the media outlet.
