Arpita Khan is venturing into the world of entrepreneurship with the launch of her restaurant, Mercy India, in Santa Cruz West, Mumbai. Ahead of its grand opening for the public, Arpita and her husband, actor Aayush Sharma, hosted a private party for their close friends and family. attendees included fabulous life vs bollywood wives star Seema Sajdeh, who shared a series of photos from the party on her Instagram. Seema was with her son Nirvaan Khan in Hindole. Malaika Arora also attended this program with her family. Seema posed for pictures with Malaika, her son Arhaan Khan, Malaika’s mother Joyce Arora and the model’s sister Amrita Arora. With its dimly lit ambiance and peppy music, The Mercy seems to be a promising place for parties and hangouts. Without wasting any time, Seema simply wrote, “Mercii” in her caption. Let us tell you that Seema is the ex-wife of Arpita’s brother Sohail Khan.
Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza were also present at Arpita Khan’s launch party for Mercy India. Sharing wishes for Salman Khan’s sister, Riteish posted a picture on his Instagram Stories in which he and Genelia are posing with Arpita. In the caption, Riteish wrote: “Mumbai you have found a great new place to eat.. Mercy India – Arpita Khan The taste last night was incredible. Food, ambiance, music, hospitality all top notch. Can’t wait to come soon.”
Genelia D’Souza also shared a glimpse of the launch party on her Instagram Stories. The short clip shows herself, her husband Riteish Deshmukh and Arpita Khan in the beautiful ambiance of the restaurant. Along with the video, Genelia wrote: “So proud of you Arpita KhanSharma – the experience of dining at Mercy India was incredible – great food, amazing ambiance and some amazing dance performances.”
Arpita Khan’s launch party for Mercy India came just days after Malaika Arora and her son Arhaan Khan announced their debut in the hospitality industry. The duo has launched a new restaurant The Scarlet House in Bandra, Mumbai. Set in a 90-year-old Portuguese house, the eatery is a collaboration between Malaika, Arhaan, his childhood friend Malaya Nagpal and restaurateur Dhaval Udeshi.
