Mumbai: Actress and fitness enthusiast Shilpa Shetty has made fun suggestions about how to burn calories by doing cardio.
Shilpa took her on Instagram, where she shared a video of her standing in jumping jack, AB crunch and other exercises before starting to dance on Zumba number.
