Mumbai: Shiv Sena MLA Manisha Kayande on Monday urged the Mumbai Police Commissioner to immediately shut down ‘Bigg Boss OTT 3’ show due to obscenity, saying that the OTT show has crossed all limits.
He said that in the episode of ‘Bigg Boss OTT 3’ aired on July 18, the actors were shown doing extremely vulgar and disgusting acts in front of the camera.
Shiv Sena state secretary and spokesperson Kayande said, “Even children watch this show. Therefore, this show should be stopped immediately. Strict action should be taken by registering a case under cyber crime against the producers of this show and the CEO of the broadcasting company. A written request has been made to the Police Commissioner to investigate the matter.”
Kayande also accused the actors of trampling on social values ​​by crossing all boundaries of familial relationships.
She said that she will soon meet the Union Information and Broadcasting Minister and demand that OTT should also be brought under the purview of the Censor Board.
