The much awaited trailer of Woman 2 It released this morning and has been trending ever since. The trailer of the comedy-film starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao has been praised by several Bollywood celebs including Vicky Kaushal, Kriti Sanon and Varun Dhawan. Sharing the trailer on his feed, Vicky Kaushal wrote, “Blockbuster trailer. Can’t wait to watch it.” On the other hand, Kriti Sanon wrote, “Stree is back. Bigger, scarier, funnier and crazier than ever. Maza aa gaya.” Varun Dhawan wrote, “Stree is back.”

Woman 2 The trailer begins with Pankaj Tripathi’s voice announcing the arrival of a new ghost, Sarkate, who is a headless being and rides a horse. He says, “Stree has gone. However, the missing pages of Chanderi Purana clearly state that Stree will return after she leaves.” So “who is coming back?” The answer is – “marked by the only title in the historical record.” We can see the “terror of Sartaqay” on the big screen. Here comes Rajkummar Rao’s Vicky and his friends Abhishek Banerjee (Jana), and Aparshakti Khurana (Bittu). Of course, we also have Pankaj Tripathi. They are finding ways to deal with Sartaqay and gather information about him.
The trailer also gives us glimpses of some really funny dialogues, including the viral meme “Sonam Bewafa Hai”. Don’t miss Tamannaah’s special dance number. While sharing the trailer, the makers wrote, “India’s most awaited gang is back to fight the new terror of Chanderi.”

Woman 2Directed by Amar Kaushik, the film will release on August 15. The film is a sequel to the 2018 blockbuster film Stree.
