Actor Shreyas Talpade’s team has issued an official statement in response to recent allegations that connects him with a multi-gruesome chit fund scam.
The statement rejected the reports strongly, labeled the actor’s participation in any fraud or misconduct as “completely wrong and baseless”.
The team’s statement said, “It is deeply unfortunate that in today’s world, a person’s hard -earned reputation seems to be unsafe for unfair tarnment by unfounded rumors. Recent reports are accused of involvement in the fraud or misconduct of Mr. Shreyas Talpade, which is completely wrong, which are completely wrong. He takes part.” He participates when possible. “
The statement further clarified that beyond participating in such events, the actor has no connection with the company.

The actor’s team released this response when Shreyas confused himself into a new legal issue, in which a new fraud case was registered against him and 14 others in Uttar Pradesh. The alleged chit fund scam allegedly operated in Mahoba district for more than a decade.
Earlier reports indicated that Loni Urban Multistate Credit and Thrift Cooperative Society Limited had targeted local villagers, promising high returns on investment. The agents of the company are said to have collected sufficient amount of money from the villagers, with the promise that their investment will double in a short period.
