Sitaare zameen par box office prediction: Aamir Khan is returning to the big screen after a long gap with ‘Sitare Zameen Paar’, a film that is already creating a wave in industry circles before its dramatic release on 20 June. As a spiritual successor, he is expected with Audivin, with his seriously acclaimed 2007 play ‘Taare Zameen Paar’.
Sitare lands across the ground depends on the word of the mouth
While pre-relative promotion has become relatively silent, industry experts believe that Aamir’s brand price may still run in the early weekend. In a conversation with India today, film business analyst Taran Adarsha said, “Box office run (Aamir Khan’s) currently depends on the Word-of-Mouth. Since the promotion for the film is very light, now the success of the film depends only on the face-value of Aamir Khan only. The opening weekend, it can be around Rs 30 crore.”
He said, “Since this star is the sequel to the ground, and the 2007 film really did well in its time, I hope that Sitare works well for Aamir.

Aamir Khan says that not oat
When it comes to the distribution of the film, Aamir has allegedly taken an unconventional route. According to a report by the Bollywood Hungama, the actor rejected the OTT deal of Rs 120 crore on a large scale from the Amazon Prime Video, which was strongly committed to a full dramatic window before considering any digital release.
Additionally, Aamir has made specific requests from the theater owners, including delay in the morning time. He has asked the exhibitors not to schedule any screening before 9 am and advise them to maintain regular weekend ticket pricing instead of resorting to blockbuster pricing models.
