New Delhi: With the discussion around Sitare land, after its announcement, the enthusiasm has touched the sky after the release of the much awaited trailer. The 2007 classic stars are one of the most anticipated films of the year, promising a mixture of love, laughter and happiness to this spiritual successor of the land cross. As part of the film’s promotional campaign, producers are unveiling a contingent of actors, and the latest introduction is by Simran Mangeshkar, who plays the role of fierce and fisty Golu Khan.
A young talent from Mumbai, Simran Mangeshkar, steps into the headlines as Golu-with a difficult, road-smart character. In a recently released visual video, Simran is seen enjoying its time on the set, embodimenting its role with infectious energy. She recalls her audition journey, sharing that she played the role after impressing the team with a scene from Gully Boy. His performance immediately hit a raga with a casting panel.
The video also offers a touch glimpse in Simran’s off-screen personality, as her mother has revealed a striking contrast between her real and reel self. While Golu can come as an anger on the screen, a goon -like figure, Simran, in fact, is a gentle, soft -spoken, and disciplined girl in the heart. His mother also shared Simran’s long-held dream of winning an award-a dream that seems to be close to reality with her big screen debut.
The introduction video ends with an emotional moment: Simran, far away with gratitude, gives a hearty mock acceptance speech, which dedicates his future award to the team across the entire land.

Directed by RS Prasanna – Shub Mangal is known by his reviewers – Sitare Zameen Paar is a stellar lineup led by Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh, supported by 10 promising young actors: Aaros Dutta, Gopi Krishna, Samvit Des, Vadant Shamema Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Jain, Naman Mangaskar.
Supported by Aamir Khan Productions, with the songs of Amitabh Bhattacharya and music by the famous trio Shankar-Ehsan-Low, the film is written by Divya Nidhi Sharma. It is co-produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit, in which Ravi Bhagchandka is also serving as a producer.
