New Delhi: Newlyweds Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal are enjoying married life together. The actress recently found the perfect man for herself and calls him the greenest person she has ever met. Sonakshi shared a video on her Instagram of her walking barefoot while her husband walks ahead holding her sandals. Overwhelmed by Zaheer’s sweet gesture, Sona wrote on her Instagram story, “When you marry the greenest person ever”. Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal were in a relationship for 7 years before becoming husband and wife.
Sonakshi and Zaheer got married in a private ceremony in the presence of their family members on June 23. The couple hosted a grand ceremony on their wedding day which was attended by many Bollywood celebrities including Salman Khan and Kajol.

The newlyweds showered love on each other and celebrated that their love won after all the odds. Sonakshi and Zaheer shared their wedding pictures with the same caption, “What a day!!!! The love, the laughter, the togetherness, the excitement, the warmth, the support from each of our friends, family and team… it felt like the universe came together for two loving people and gave them what they had always hoped, wished and prayed for. If this isn’t divine intervention… then we don’t know what is. We are both truly blessed to have each other and so much love protecting us”.
Amidst the trolling due to her inter-religious marriage with Zaheer, Sonakshi calls it the best decision of her life. But the sad thing is that ‘pyaar toh pyaar hai’.
