Mumbai: Preparations are in full swing at the home of actress Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal for their much-awaited wedding.
A photo is going viral on social media, which is possibly from the couple’s mehendi ceremony. In the photo, both Sonakshi and Zaheer are seen smiling with people.
For the pre-wedding ceremony, Sonakshi wore a red salwar kameez while Zaheer was seen wearing a red printed kurta and white pyjama.
Just a few days ago, both the actors enjoyed bachelor and bachelorette parties with their close friends. Sonakshi shared some glimpses of the party organized by her friends. In one picture, Sonakshi is seen posing with her close friend and actress Huma Qureshi.
On Thursday night, groom-to-be Zaheer was spotted posing for pictures with Sonakshi’s father and film veteran Shatrughan Sinha in Bandra, Mumbai. The veteran actor and Zaheer happily posed together for the paparazzi present at the venue.
According to a source close to Sonakshi, Sonakshi and Zaheer will get married on June 23 in Mumbai.
Amid the wedding buzz, interestingly, an audio invite of Sonakshi and Zaheer has gone viral. In the leaked invite, the two reportedly confirmed their wedding news, saying that they are ready to arrive at ‘that moment’ that will make them each other’s ‘definitive and official husband and wife’. The digital invite is styled like a magazine cover with a headline that says ‘Sonakshi’s wedding is here.’
The invitation card had a picture of Zaheer and Sonakshi in a snow-covered environment, with Zaheer kissing Sonakshi on the cheek.
However, Sonakshi and Zaheer have been tight-lipped about their relationship ever since the dating rumours surfaced.
Sonakshi and Zaheer starred in the 2022 film Double XL. Although they have not said anything publicly about their love story, they have been seen sharing adorable pictures with each other on social media.
