Mumbai: Bollywood actress Sonali Seygall and her husband Ashesh L Sajnani have announced the name of their newborn daughter, introducing her to the world as “Shukar”.
The couple, who are set to tie the knot in 2023, welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, and have shared their happiness and gratitude through heartfelt posts on social media.
Sonali, widely known for her role in the 2011 hit film ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’, introduced her daughter on Instagram.
In his post, he expressed his overwhelming feelings and described the name Shukar as a reflection of the gratitude he feels in his life.
He wrote, “Introducing our beautiful daughter Shukar – a name that symbolizes the gratitude we have for the life we have held in our hearts. She is our little miracle, a living testament to the abundance of love, happiness and blessings that surround us.” ” Us. Earlier, Ashesh had also shared a memorable video on social media, in which he was seen dancing happily in the delivery room after the arrival of his baby girl. The caption read, “Our baby is here,” sharing her excitement with fans.
In August this year, the couple announced their pregnancy through a series of playful and heart-touching photos.
Sonali shared pictures of herself flaunting her baby bump, enjoying chips and chocolates, while Ashish was seen holding a beer bottle in one hand and a baby milk sipper in the other.

His pet dog also made a special appearance in the images. Sonali captioned the post, “From beer bottles to baby bottles… Ashesh’s life is about to change! The couple, who celebrated their first wedding anniversary in July, has also shared moments from their wedding.
Sonali posted pictures from her beautiful ceremony held at a gurudwara in Santa Cruz, Mumbai in June 2023.
Sonali’s career started with ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’, from where she gained fame. She appeared in films like ‘High Jack’, ‘Ishq Da Rog’ and ‘Jai Mummy Di’. Before entering Bollywood, she was a ramp model and participated in the Miss India Worldwide pageant.
