Singer Sonu Nigam recently attended Tisha Kumar’s prayer meet and paid tribute to her. Now, in a video, Sonu is seen crying. Tisha, daughter of actor-producer Krishan Kumar, passed away after a prolonged illness. Krishan is the cousin of T-Series head Bhushan Kumar. Sonu cries during Tisha prayer meeting
In a video posted on Instagram, Sonu was seen going to Krishna and sitting on the floor beside him. He cried with his head on Krishna’s lap. Krishna was seen consoling him. Singer Shaan was also seen attending the prayer meeting in the clip.

Reacting to the video, a fan wrote, “He is a father too, so he is feeling for Kishan Kumar.” A comment read, “Sonu’s soul is pure, he can feel the pain.” An Instagram user said, “Sonu has a very good relationship with the Kumar family.” One person commented, “Sonu is a very emotional person!! RIP.”

Many other celebrities reached the prayer meeting to pay their last respects to Tisha Kumar. Kartik Aaryan, Anil Kapoor, Anu Malik, Vicky Jain, Udit Narayan, Jackie Shroff and Bobby Deol also paid their last respects to her.
Tisha’s funeral took place in Mumbai on Monday. Many people from the film industry attended the funeral. From Bhushan Kumar, Farah Khan, Ritesh Deshmukh to Javed Jaffrey, many people reached the crematorium to pray for her. Tisha’s cousins Tulsi Kumar and Khushali Kumar also attended the funeral.
Her funeral was earlier scheduled to take place on Sunday but was postponed after the plane carrying her mortal remains was reportedly diverted to Ahmedabad due to bad weather. Tisha was the daughter of Krishna Kumar and Tanya Singh. Her next public appearance will be at the premiere of Ranbir Kapoor’s film Animal on November 30, 2023.
