Mumbai: The spy universe film starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari has now been titled. The first female-led film in the spy universe is titled ‘Alpha’. The makers revealed the title of the film in a special video on Friday.
In the title reveal video, Alia is seen saying, “The first letter of the Greek alphabet and the motto of our program, the first, the fastest, the bravest.” If you look carefully, there is a jungle in every city. And in the jungle, Alpha (the first letter of the Greek alphabet) will always rule and the motto of our program is to be the first, the fastest and the bravest.
Look carefully, you will see a jungle in every city. And in the jungle, the Alpha will always rule.”
Take a look at the post:
The video disproves the notion that only men can be alpha. Both Alia and Sharvari play super-agents in the film and it looks like Aditya Chopra is presenting them as the alpha girls of the pack in the spy world.
‘Alpha’ is directed by Shiv Rawail, known for the YRF-produced streaming series ‘The Railway Men’.
The YRF spy universe created by producer Aditya Chopra includes blockbusters like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘War’, ‘Pathan’ and ‘Tiger 3’.
The films lined up for the spy world include ‘War 2’, ‘Pathan 2’ and ‘Tiger vs Pathan’ starring Hrithik Roshan and NTR Jr.
