Store Ki Boree repeats the role of storytelling in child development

In a sharp-traitor world, where gadgets and technology dominate our lives, stories and theater can play a powerful role in connecting us to ourselves.

Delhi -based theater collector, storage sacks, recently staged their latest production, To tell LTG Auditorium, Mandi House. A village background is about a heart heating story, drama love, learning, other occasions and magic that occurs when connected to generations. It detects a radical journey of a 60 -year -old woman Vijaya in a village in northern Karnataka, which decides to learn to read, directed by her granddaughter, Siya. This dramatic conversion ‘How I taught my grandmother to read’-was inspired by a short story by the famous writer Sudha Muri.

Film and theater actor, directed and designed by Munish Sharma, weaves the production, movement and music together to create a great experience that resonates with the audience at age. The dialogue is performed by Miral Mathur and Drameturi support by Kavith (World Shilpi Art Consultation, Bengaluru).

“As a storyteller and a teacher, To tell Reminded me how stories, when told right, can have soft revolutions, ”Says Shraddha Gupta, founder of Storee Ki Boree.

When Shraddha returned from London, her children had the need to tell about our rich culture and heritage “the mall for entertainment”. The journey began at a nutritional place called Learning Tree, where he worked with the children and discovered the hearing power. “When you really listen, you see how deep the children feel and naturally they express themselves through stories. That is why the sacks are stored,” she says. Known for its emotionally rich, child-led story, it respects the voice of the child-only as an artist, but as storytellers in itself.

Since 2008, Storee Ki Boree has staged more than 50 original presentations in more than 11 cities and trained more than 10,000 children and adults through its theater and storytelling workshops. From Natcarker To Krishna KathaIt has hosted everything from mythology to modern stories. For example, Ramlila,Which has more than 200 houseful shows, a good mix of mythology and modernity that is stated with humor and imagination. Ahead, KabulivalaA Tagore classic is equally loved for its emotional depth and simplicity.

The team not only includes theater-producer, but also passion teachers, artists and child-development experts, who believe in the transformative power of stories. Shraddha says, “Our goal has always been to nurture self-expression while creating faith, awareness and respect in every conversation.” With theater, they also design workshops to help in helping children confidence, communication and sympathy. The work of the collective is informed by child protection and safety structures such as an understanding of POCSO, which helps them to ensure emotional and physically safe space for every child.
