‘Superman’: Christopher Reeve’s son Will Reeve has a cameo in James Gunn’s DC film

Will Reeve, son of the late Superman Star Christopher Reeve is set to make a cameo in James Gunn’s upcoming DC film SupermanChristopher Reeve was the first Hollywood actor to play the superhero, also known as Clark Kent, on the big screen.

Guns Superman It stars David Corenswet in the title role, with Rachel Brosnahan and Nicholas Hoult reprising their roles as Daily Planet star reporter Lois Lane and Lex Luthor, Superman’s archenemy, respectively.

Apart from this, many DC heroes will also be seen in it, which will add depth to the story. Edi Gathegi has been cast as Mister Terrific, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, Isabella Merced as Hawkgirl, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner and Maria Gabriela de Faria as the Engineer. The film is scheduled to release in July 2025.

Before Gunn reintroduced the popular character, Super/ManA documentary on Christopher Reeve will hit the big screen in select theaters on September 21, followed by another presentation on his birthday, September 25. DC Studios is collaborating with Fathom Events on the theatrical release.

Will Reeve and his older siblings Matthew and Alexandra appear in this documentary. Directed by Ian Bonhôte and Peter Ettedgui, Super/Man It follows the life of Christopher Reeve, who was paralyzed after a horse-riding accident and went on to become an activist for disability rights.
