After Team India’s big win in the T20 World Cup 2024 last night, Bollywood actress and cricketer Virat Kohli’s wife Anushka Sharma shared a special post for her husband. Showering love on her husband, Anushka shared a solo photo of Virat Kohli holding the T20 WC trophy and asked him for some “sparkling water”. Anushka wrote, “I love this man @virat.kohli. So grateful to call you home – now drink me a glass of sparkling water to celebrate!” The post was well liked by many including Priyanka Chopra. She shared a heart emoji under the post. A fan said, “I love him more than words can say!” Another fan wrote, “We all love this man.”

In another post, Anushka Sharma celebrated Team India’s win by sharing several photos of them lifting the trophy and emotional moments of the players. She congratulated Team India and also revealed that her daughter Vamika was worried about the players when she saw them crying on TV. She wrote, “Our daughter’s biggest worry was whether there was someone to hug all the players when she saw them crying on TV… Yes, my dears, they were hugged by 1.5 billion people… What a great win and what a great achievement!! Champions – congratulations!!”

In May, Virat Kohli left for New York for the T20 World Cup 2024. He was accompanied by actress-wife Anushka Sharma and their kids Vamika and Akay. The family of four was spotted at the Mumbai airport. Anushka did not pose for the cameras, but Virat stopped and posed for the lensmen present there. He also asked the photographers not to capture the actress as she was with the kids. The cricketer wore a white T-shirt paired with a beige shirt and denim. Anushka, on the other hand, wore a black T-shirt and blue denim.
Let us tell you that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma got married on December 11, 2017. They are parents to two children – Vamika and Akay.
