Taylor Swift scares fans with ‘scream’ mid-song: TikTok video sparks worrying debate

The history of Taylor Swift and her sold-out Eras Tour continues as she prepares to head to Vienna, Austria with special guest Paramore at Ernst Happel Stadium on August 8-10. However, before flying off to her new musical destination, the beautiful “anti-hero” has to maintain her “reputation” in Warsaw, Poland. Swifties clearly weren’t prepared for what their beloved pop diva had prepared for them before she finished her last three shows.

A new fan-shot clip recently hit the internet, as is usual during Swift’s live concert sets. The newest addition to this Fanfare saga again caught The Tortured Poet with a squeal as the dramatic finale of her final high notes of “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?”

Her stage performance at Saturday’s Warsaw stop saw her sliding across the diamond stage as she belted out the haunting tune. The dramatic scene ended with an unusual scream, which sparked an online debate on TikTok that the popstar had possibly slipped or lost her balance in the middle of the song. However, fans soon noticed a pattern began to form as they heard Taylor scream when she performed the song during her three-night schedule in Warsaw and previous Munich concert.

A TikTok the user called his short performance “a literal scream of fear.” one more He said he loved her performance, moving around on stage and “getting really deranged with it”.

A third The user, who at the time didn’t understand what had happened, seemed genuinely concerned about Swift. “Still don’t know what happened but she definitely scared us with that scream that little old me is scared of me.”

So the answer to this question is that fans were actually scared of the little flamboyant performance that Taylor had prepared for her fans watching the live show.

Eventually, Swifties realized that her well-intentioned “scream” was a premeditated move, likely practiced before the show.

While one fan joked, “This is giving Seagulls a 1989 vibe,” another claimed she loved his “mumbling.” Some other Swifties called it a fitting “record scratch,” quoting the lyrics from the same song.

Taylor’s chorus for the 10th track, “The Tortured Poets Department”, is as follows:

Burst into a party blaring a record and screaming ‘Who’s Afraid of Me?’ You should be afraid.

Following Swift’s shows in Vienna from August 8 to 10, she will return to London for five nights of shows at Wembley Stadium (August 15, 16, 17, 19, 20). After that, the “Love Story” singer will resume her concerts in Toronto after a short break (November 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23), concluding her crazy, record-breaking tour in Vancouver this December.
