Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are known to be very private when it comes to their children. The couple recently surprised everyone as they released their Archewell holiday card for 2024, sharing the first glimpse of their long-awaited children. The picture in the 6-photo collage greeting saw Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3, running towards their parents in a park. Harry and Meghan’s holiday card
The card featured a photo of Harry and Meghan smilingly greeting their children. Lily, who had long hair, looked as tall as her brother Archie. She ran towards her father while Archie came to hug his mother in that sweet moment. Other photos in the card included Harry and Meghan’s travels during the year, as they were smiling and holding each other.
“On behalf of Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Archewell Productions, and the Office of the Archewell Foundation, we wish you a very happy holiday season and a joyous New Year.” Read the card’s message.
Real or photoshopped?
A section of social media took a closer look at this picture and pointed out discrepancies in it. Some people also alleged that the photo may have been digitally altered. One user commented, “Look at this bizarre digitally altered photo that Harry and Meghan released for Christmas! The shadows are all wrong, you can see the digitally altered outlines around Meghan and the dogs superimposed. Also, are we to believe that Lilibet is about six or seven years old?’
Another said, “I’m sorry. It looks manipulated and photoshopped. The black dog was clearly added, #MeghanMarkle’s arm is unnaturally sharp compared to the rest of the photo, Lily looks 6 years old not 3 – it’s wild. One comment also read, “#PrinceHarry and #MeghanMarkle have once again tried to fool intelligent people with another photoshopped image of two unknown children.”

Earlier this year, Harry opened up about his children during an interview with Good Morning America. “The children are doing very well. Babies, like all children, grow up incredibly fast. He has a wonderful sense of humor and makes us laugh and keeps us grounded every day, like most kids. I’m so grateful to be a father,” he said.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved out of England in 2020 after stepping down from their royal duties. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle became parents on May 6, 2019, when their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, was born. They had their second child, a daughter named Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, on June 4, 2021.
