Expression, they say, magic. But sometimes, this is not just magic – it is a mixture of belief, udham and fate. The same happened in the life of actor and host Manish Paul, whose dream of working with his favorite director David Dhawan has now come true in the most cinematic way.

Long ago he became an attractive face on television or a recognized actor on the silver screen, Manish was just a film-loving Delhi boy. Like many people in the 90s, he grew up on a stable diet of Bollywood spice magic. And he praised the most among the directors? David Dhawan- King of Comedy and Blockbuster Entertainers.

Back during the day, Paul did not even get a regular ticket for Dhawan’s film Judwa starring Salman Khan. Therefore, like any true-blue cinema, he bought them in Black to catch the film at the prestigious Sapna Theater in Delhi. Music, comedy, madness – all of this left a permanent impression on it.

Rapid forward for the present, and Manish Paul is living a lot of dreams. Recalling the real moment on a podcast, he shared,

“I was in the 10th standard when Judwa was released, and I bought a black ticket in Sapna Theater to see it. So far, I am standing in front of David Sir and he is saying ‘action’! It’s incredible.”

But the magic did not stop there. A good day, David Dhawan personally called Manish and said,

“Manish, I am doing a film and I want you to be a part of it.”

This was one of those pinches-when your sculptures recognize your talent and your long-held desires are eventually physical.

Manish Paul is now the drama of the upcoming artists of Dhawan, Javani is Javani Toh Ishaq Hon Hai, a film that promises romance, humor and signature Dhawan Flair. The project includes Varun Dhawan in the lead role and includes a stellar artist: Mrinal Thakur, Kubra SAT, Rohit Saraf, Rajiv Khandelwal, Nitish Nirmal and Srilela.

The title is high Jawani Toh Ishaq Hon Hai, shakes himself for nostalgia, which is taken from a hit track in Biwi No. 1, another Dhawan classic -starring Salman Khan, Karishma Kapoor, and Sushmita Sen.

For Manish, the journey has been higher than the development of career only – it is spiritual.

“I always say thanks to the universe,” he said. “I think we all should do. Gratitude opens the doors for everything.”

From hosting college events to headline of Bollywood films, Manish Paul’s journey reminds a heartbreaking that dreams come true – especially when you return them with a touch of faith, work and faith in the universe.
