Ashok says on his social media, “The dance floor has always been a very special place – for self-expression without restrictions, and over the past decade it’s been so interesting to see how ravers like you (especially here in Bangalore) have responded and adapted to our constantly evolving sound landscape, making it one of the best places to party. As a DJ, it’s always exciting to see how fresh sounds take over the dancefloor. Hence the name.”
The artist says that from Mosambi one can expect experimental sound design mixed with bass-heavy dancefloor sensibilities, while from Rittz one can expect 1990s-inspired house, deep disco and electronica tracks. Ashok says about Rittz, “He likes to weave breaks and acid to create more compelling grooves and keep the energy flowing.”
