Creator of KannappaThe trailer released for the much awaited film. In the lead, Vishnu Manchu and superstars Akshay Kumar, Prabhas and Mohanlal, in cameo roles, the Pan-Indian film will hit the screen worldwide on 27 June 2025.
Vishnu Manchu plays Thinnadu, known as the devotee Kannappa, a fearless warrior, who turns into the last devotee of Lord Shiva. Akshay Kumar plays the role of Lord Shiva while Prabhas plays Rudra. Mohanlal will be seen as Kirta in the film.

The trailer of two minutes and 54 seconds indicates a scene in extraordinary. The film attempts to highlight India’s spiritual heritage.
Controversy
Recently, an executive manufacturer Kannappa A complaint was lodged at the Film Nagar Police Station in Hyderabad, alleging the theft of hard disk with VFX visuals of the film. “Reliable intelligence has recently emerged that the hard disk stealing people are planning to leak unpublished footage of more than 90 minutes online. Vishnu’s father, Mohan Babu, is the creator of Magnum Ops. Kajal Aggarwal, Preeti Mukundan, Brahmanandham and Sarath Kumar are the other actors of the film. Kannappa, Bankers are directed by Mahesh Kumar Singh, produced by Twenty Four Frames Factory and Ava Entertainment. Vishnu has written the story and screenplay of the film.
