Travis Kelce looked very sad in a viral video from the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday night. His girlfriend and famous global popstar Taylor Swift was not present at the game.
In the video, the 34-year-old athlete can be seen sitting on the side of the field, wiping sweat from his nose and eyebrow and then looking away.
Reacting to the video, an X user commented, “Whoever hurt this golden retriever guy I will fight you.”
“If you’re feeling sad for Travis just remember he goes back to Taylor Swift’s house,” another said.
Meanwhile, Swifties worried there might be trouble in paradise due to Kelsey’s depressed look and the absence of her girlfriend.
Travis Kelce opens up about his performance
In Kansas City’s 22-17 win over Atlanta, Kelce had four receptions for 30 yards. This season, the nine-time Pro Bowler has just eight receptions for 69 yards and zero touchdowns.
On the podcast “New Heights,” which he hosts with his brother Jason, Travis revealed last week that he would “get really pissed off and almost lose my temper” when he didn’t play a good game.
Despite this, Travis said he wouldn’t be disheartened by his disappointing first two weeks.
“I stopped caring about stats four or five years ago and I just went out there and just started playing freely,” he told the audience. “I think that’s a better mindset.”

Travis’ teammate Patrick Mahomes also highlighted the “Catching Kelce” alumnus’ performance over the weekend, and explained why his number wasn’t called in the first three games.
Patrick’s statement came after the Chiefs beat the Falcons on Sunday night to take a 3-0 lead.
“We’re calling a lot of plays for Travis and it seems like two or three guys are going to him,” the 29-year-old quarterback told reporters. “He understands — the best thing about him is he wants to have an impact on the game but he wants to win at the end of the day.”
“People are really pushing to try to overcome that and that’s opening up other people.”
Patrick and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, have become good friends of Swift since the singer began dating Travis.
