New Delhi: Remember the famous 90s actress Mamta Kulkarni? Though she has been missing for the past decade, the internet will never let you forget someone, right! An old video of her has surfaced on social media these days, in which she is seen praising Shah Rukh Khan. They worked together in Rakesh Roshan’s film ‘Karan Arjun’ (1995), in which Mamta was seen opposite Salman Khan.

In the video, Mamta revealed that she hasn’t worked with Shah Rukh Khan except for a few scenes in ‘Karan Arjun’, in which the actor was with Kajol. “I haven’t worked much with Shah Rukh Khan, but I can say from my brief experience of working with him that I found him to be completely immersed in his character. He cracks a few jokes on the set, but when the camera is on, he is completely there and gives his all.
In the video, Mamata is heard saying, “I have not seen him very closely, so cannot say much about him, but he is a very nice and warm person.”
Where is Mamta Kulkarni now?
Mamta Kulkarni made her stunning debut in Bollywood with the 1992 film ‘Tiranga’. Later she starred in many superhit Bollywood films like Aashiq Awara (1993), Waqt Hamara Hai (1993), Krantiveer (1994), Karan Arjun (1995), Sabse Bada Khiladi (1995), Andolan (1995), Baazi (1996), China Gate (1998) and Chhupa Rustam: A Musical Thriller (2001).
However, she left the film industry in 2002 after starring in the film Kabhi Tum Kabhi Hum.
The actress is said to have married drug mafia Vicky Goswami. Her sudden departure from the glamour world left many heartbroken as they never saw or heard from her again.
The actress also came under the scanner of the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) when the agency arrested Vicky in 2016.
