Mumbai: Actress Triptai Dimri has said to perform the best performance of her career in “Dhadak 2”, Siddhant Chaturvedi’s performance in “Dhadak 2”. In a special interview with IANS, he praised his emotional depth and intensity in the film.
Triptii opened his experience of working with Siddant, no less than amazing. He described her as a dedicated and honest actor. Dimri revealed that when she first watched the film, Siddhant’s performance shifted her deeply. “It was honestly amazing. He is such a dedicated and honest actor. (Laughing) Although I have been paid to say – the money will be transferred after before August!
On a serious note, he has put his heart and soul in the role. When I first saw the film, I immediately called her and told her, this is the best performance of your career so far. And I really hope that the audience will also see him. He has brought so much depth and honesty to Nilesh’s character. “When asked what he was attracted to the film, the animal actress shared that it was the emotional core of the story and the complexity of her character who immediately appealed to him.
Tripti said, “When I made my first statement with Shazia, we had a long conversation – not only about the film, but about its subject. I felt a deep connection then at home, later, I kept thinking about the story, it was set in the world, and especially the vessel of the altar, which was introduced to me, this is just an important story.
“Also, when you first meet a director, you can usually understand how seriously they take the subject matter. I felt that there is honesty in Shazia. He has a very open heart and mind, yet his voice has so much strength and clarity in his voice.
I really wanted to be a part of his vision and be directed by him. Stunned by Shazia Iqbal, “Dhadak 2” serves as a follower of the hit “Dhadak” of 2018, which was originally shown to Ishan Khatar and Janhvi Kapoor.
The upcoming films are supported under Karan Johar, Hiru Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Somen Mishra, Umesh Bansal, Meenu Arora, and Adar Poonwalla, Dharma Productions, Zee Studio and Cloud 9 pictures. “Dhadak 2” is slaughtered to hit theaters on 1 August, 2025.
