Social media sensation Urfi Javed is all set to come up with a show Follow me friendThe show will premiere on Prime Video on August 23.
As per a press note shared by the streaming giant, Follow me friend The series “reveals the raw, unvarnished truth about Urfi’s life outside social media, her arduous journey, overcoming countless obstacles, her rise to fame, her relentless pursuit of fame and fortune, and the complex dynamics of her chaotic family life.”
Speaking about what viewers can expect from the show, Nikhil Madhok, Head of Originals, Prime Video, India, said, “Stories of resilience and ambition will always resonate with audiences, and Urfi’s journey from being a simple girl from Lucknow to becoming one of the most recognisable faces in the country is nothing short of an inspiration.”

The show is directed by Sandeep Kukreja. Urfi made her Bollywood debut earlier this year love sex aur dhokha 2It was directed by filmmaker Dibakar Banerjee and produced by Ekta R Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Motion Pictures. The film depicts the multifaceted realities of the internet age.
