Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi, who was last seen in the OTT series ‘Indian Police Force’, has expressed concern over the recent cloudburst, which has been swept away in many villages in Uttarakhand.
On Tuesday, Vivek took his X, east on Twitter, and shared a note, in which he talked about the natural disaster. He wrote, “Hearing about the tragic cloudbers in Uttarakhand was shocked and unhappy. My thoughts and prayers are with the people of Dharli, Uttarkashi, who are struggling after its destruction. May rescue and relief efforts bring hope and security for all those people”.

Largely Claudbers triggered heavy rains and flash floods in Uttarakhand. According to media reports, so far, 5 people have died in CloudBust. Teams, including army and paramilitary, have reached Dharli village in Uttarkashi district, which is believed to have raised the brunt of the flood.
At least 8 army soldiers are allegedly missing from the camp at Lower Harsil, and more than 50 citizens are missing.
The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and the Indo Tibetan Border Petrol (ITBP) have been deployed for rescue operations. A team of the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) is also on the site.
