Varun Dhawan welcomed his daughter Lara with wife Natasha Dalal on June 3. While promoting his upcoming film baby john In Delhi, the actor opened up about embracing fatherhood. Calling it a somewhat crazy and somewhat wonderful experience, Varun admitted that he is a changed person after seeing Natasha give birth to their first child. “Becoming a father to a daughter is a unique experience. It completely shakes you, makes you realize how much your thinking changes,” the actor said during a media interaction.
She further explained how her experience of becoming a parent has made her appreciate her mother even more, “All the things that your mother taught you as a child start coming back to your mind. When Natasha gave birth to the child, the first thought that came to my mind was how could I be so bad towards my mother.
He further added, “How can someone be rude to their mother, especially when they nurse their child for nine months, after seeing what Natasha has done to the child. It’s a crazy thing.” “It’s a wonderful experience. Having a daughter teaches you a lot about life and what it really means to be a man.”
Varun’s upcoming film baby john It is a Hindi adaptation of Atlee’s 2016 Tamil film theriWhich included Vijay and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The trailer of the film was launched recently at a grand event. Packed with high-octane action sequences, the trailer features Varun as a police officer, a father and a romantic lead. Jackie Shroff plays the villain in the film and his look has created quite a stir among internet users. The film also stars Wamiqa Gabbi and Keerthy Suresh in lead roles.
The trailer also features a surprise cameo by Salman Khan, which adds to the anticipation for the film. On working with Salman, Varun said, “Whenever we get a chance to work with such a superstar, it’s amazing. It’s a completely original character created for him.
