Vedang Raina, who made his Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar-directed The Archies last year, is celebrating his 24th birthday today and his debut film’s co-star and alleged girlfriend Khushi Kapoor was among the first to wish him. To mark the occasion, the actress took to her Instagram story and shared a picture of Vedang holding a cute puppy in his hand. The birthday boy can be seen cuddling the little bundle of joy while wearing a floral shirt paired with black pants. Khushi Kapoor and Vedang Raina are rumoured to be dating. Speculations of their alleged romance began on the sets of Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, where she made her acting debut. Since then, their alleged relationship has been a topic of discussion on the internet. Recently, Khushi and Vedang were spotted exiting the screening of Mr and Mrs Mahi. They were seen twinning in black outfits. Khushi wore a black mini dress while Vedang wore a skintight collared t-shirt paired with blue denim.
Earlier this year, while talking about the dating rumours on Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan, Khushi Kapoor jokingly responded to Karan’s question about her relationship with Vedang Raina. She said, “Do you remember that scene in Om Shanti Om where there is a line of people and they say, ‘Om and I were just good friends’?”
Talking about work, Vedang Raina is set to share screen space with Alia Bhatt in Jigra directed by Vasan Bala. The film is scheduled to release on September 27.
