Vicky Kaushal’s dream comes true, Hrithik Roshan praises his dance: Felt like winning an Oscar!

New Delhi: Vicky shared his feelings after receiving appreciation from Hrithik during the promotions of his upcoming comedy film ‘Bad News’ in Delhi on Monday.
He said, “Hrithik sir, yes, he is the god of dance in this country, in fact, in the whole world. So for me he is an inspiration. He has always been an inspiration. A pat on the back from him feels like… I won an Oscar. So it means a lot to me.”

Talking about the response the song is getting, Vicky said, “First of all, I feel overwhelmed. But in a very good way. Because we have worked hard for many years to get such a response. That we should do something that people like so much. Make those reels, make those videos.”
He added, “And this love, I mean, for us, of course, the box office, etc., is a very good thing and everyone in the team is happy because the film makes money, because after all, it’s business, someone has invested money in it. But this love, this acceptance, people coming up to us, saying the trailer was good, the food was good, the steps are good, these things, if you really know, we work hard for it. So when you get this love, you get very happy.”

‘Tauba Tauba’ has Vicky Kaushal and Tripti Dimri gracing the audience’s attention with their energetic performance as they dance to the peppy tunes.
After the track was launched, Hrithik Roshan also praised Vicky’s dance video and commented, “Bahut badhiya yaar. Style bahut chacha hai.”

Reacting to Hrithik’s appreciation, Vicky Kaushal expressed his happiness on Instagram, sharing a screenshot of the comment and captioning it, “And good night from me… life = success.”

Directed by Anand Tiwari, ‘Bad Newz’ is a refreshing take on the comedy-drama that explores the complexities of heterosexuality amid a backdrop of humour and chaos.
The recently released trailer of the film features Vicky Kaushal and Amy Virk as the protagonists grappling with unexpected parenthood dilemmas, with Tripti Dimri adding to the comical mayhem.
‘Bad News’ gives a new twist to the genre, promising an emotional rollercoaster packed with rib-tickling humour.

Directed by Anand Tiwari, the film looks to be a successor to the 2019 hit ‘Good Newz’, which starred Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead roles.
‘Bad Newz’ is produced by Tiwari, Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Amritpal Singh Bindra.

Written by Ishita Moitra and Tarun Dudeja, the film will release in theatres on July 19.
