However, I did not expect such bitter, bitter jealousy as to why they do this.

“He said – even before I was officially announced as the director – that Ajith would not have chosen me for this film. When the announcement was made they said it was a mismatched combination. Then he guessed that there was a rift between us. He said, ‘Maggi’s is delaying the shooting and Ajit sir is angry.’ He even claimed that the film was removed. Then the teaser came out and it was well received by fans and audiences. However, amidst all this, they wanted to create some momentum against the teaser by criticizing that there is no dialogue from Ajith sir in the teaser.

Then the trailer came and got a tremendous reception. The group now had nothing to say about it as it also had a dialogue spoken by Ajit sir. Now, they are saying ‘Okay, but we are not sure that the film which has been in the making for so long will do well in theatres’, Magiz said, adding that he is not sure of the intentions behind such notoriety. Not sure about.

“He said we were going to the final program to do the patchwork. In my six-film long film career, including my first film, I have never done patchwork. That’s how I’m organized. I shoot whatever I want and I get it done. He then speculated that Maggis would shoot scenes, edit the clips, check the output, and then re-shoot those scenes. I never did it. I have never seen this kind of speculation before. I’ve never reshot a shot in my entire life, let alone a scene. If anyone goes against my claim, I will leave the cinema,” Magiz said.

I told this to Shiva; I told this to Vinoth; and this is what I am telling you now'”. He was not only aware of the negativity surrounding the project In fact, he was the only person, except maybe one or two others, who stood by me the whole time.
