Vijay Verma’s latest offering mirzapur 3 premiered on Friday. Recently, the actor spoke about using abusive language in the series. He shared that he grew up in a household where such language was common. In an interview Bollywood BubbleHe said, “I mean, I grew up in a household where it was okay to use abusive language. Like, I saw my grandfather, grandmother, father and mother, everyone using that (language).”
He added, “For me, that’s how we speak. I think it’s a true representation. If I ever had to make a movie about my family, I wouldn’t look at them any other way; I have no problem with that. Who am I to judge?”
Vijay compared the situation to the themes depicted in the film Amar Singh ChamkilaWhere artistic expression can divide opinions. “When I saw ‘Chamkila’, it was all about this – one person considers another person’s creation obscene, but who will decide? Because it is his personal creation,” he said.
The actor further added, “Similarly, ‘Mirzapur’ is our personal creation. It is set in a certain landscape. It is a place where people say anything in front of their parents. This is the world.” [People abuse each other even in front of their parents here. This world is like that]I am not censoring myself, I don’t believe in moral policing. At a time when people are talking rubbish on news channels, I think this is much better.”

mirzapur 3 Directed by Anand Iyer and Gurmeet Singh, the third season of the show will be co-produced by Farhan Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani and Qasim Jagmagia. The show will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on July 5. Let us tell you that Mirzapur premiered in 2018 and its second season came in 2020.
