The much awaited moment has finally arrived. The wedding ceremony of Shobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya is currently going on at the prestigious Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. The first pictures of Shobhita as bride and Naga Chaitanya as groom have surfaced online. Shobhita looked stunning as she wore a traditional Kanjivaram silk saree. She accessorized her bridal look with heavy jewellery. Naga Chaitanya wore Punch to pay tribute to his grandfather. In the viral picture, Nagarjuna can be seen standing close to his son.

The pre-wedding celebrations of Shobhita and Naga Chaitanya started last week. First, they celebrated Mangalasnanam and Haldi ceremony, followed by Pelli Kuthuru (equivalent to bridal bath) ceremony. Shobhita shared stunning pictures from the ceremony on her Instagram feed.
A few days before the marriage, Naga Chaitanya revealed about his first meeting with Shobhita in an interview given to Zoom. Naga Chaitanya told that he first met Shobhita at a work event in Mumbai. He said, “I was in Mumbai for the launch of my OTT show, during which he also had a show on the same platform. We had interacted for the first time at an event organized by the OTT platform.”
Asked how their families have gotten along with each other over the past few months, Nagarjuna’s son told Zoom, “It has been great getting to know Sobhita and her family over the past few months, seeing the families interact. It’s a joy to watch. I’m really looking forward and excited for the wedding day, going through all the rituals and seeing the families come together.”
The engagement of Naga Chaitanya and Shobhita Dhulipala took place on 8 August. Nagarjuna announced the good news on X. He wrote, “We are happy to announce the engagement of our son Naga Chaitanya to Shobhita Dhulipala, which took place today at 9:42 am.” We are extremely happy to welcome him to our family. Wish him love and happiness throughout his life. 8.8.8.
Naga Chaitanya’s first marriage was to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. They married in 2017 and announced their separation in a joint statement in October 2021.
