Before the release of the film, Kannappa makers faced a road when they claimed that the film’s scenes were allegedly stolen from the hard disc studio.
According to an inspector at the Film Nagar Police Station, unknown persons allegedly entered the office and stole a hard disk with the VFX visuals of the Kannappa film.
Kannappa claims an artist contingent of Prabhas, Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar, Vishnu Manchu, Mohan Babu and Kajal Aggarwal. It is directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh.
The film is produced by veteran actor Mohan Babu, the father of Vishnu Manchu. An important part of the film was shot in New Zealand, in which the team used to increase the project on a grand scale.
The story of intensive spiritual devotion at the center of the film is: Kannappa’s legend, an fearless tribal hunter whose unwavering love for Lord Shiva inspires him to do one of the most selfless acts.
This timeless story of courage and surrender is adapted to the screen with high-octane scenes, thrilling moments and soul-cream feelings.
Vishnu Manchu, who plays the title role, said that many are already saying career-defined performances. Their materiality, expressive power and emotional range brings Kanappa to life with raw intensity and spiritual gravity.
From the scenes of the war to the visuals of devotion from the heart of the heart, Vishnu showed an amazing mix of action-hero dynamism and intimate sensitivity.
The film was released in theaters worldwide on 27 June.
