First trailer for Emerald Fennel Wuthering Heights Emily Bronte’s classic 1847 novel has been released, offering a stimulant revaluation. Margot Robbie as Catherine Arneshow and Jacob Elected as Robbie Robbie and Heathcliffe, bowed into the film erotic imagery and enlarged melodrama.

The trailer saw the traditional shots of Yorkshire with striking intimate scenes: a stable, body shirtless glimpse, a stable, body tightening and open shirtless height, and aerotic gesture near Robbie’s Catherine and Robbie’s Catherine and AloeDi’s Heathchlifi. Imagery Bronte’s passion, betrayal and permanent subjects as well as permanent subjects of the film underline the film’s emphasis on physical will.

Fennell, who wrote, directed and constructed the project, reunited with Robbie after his cooperation Promised girl And SaltRobbie also produces through its company Lakichap, which had previously supported both projects. The Warner Brothers Motion Pictures Group will release the film worldwide after winning the distribution rights in a competitive dialect war.

The casting of Alfi as Heathcliffe has ruled the debate. In the text of Brontë, the character is described as a dark-scin and is marked by the external position, most of which are inherent in the breed and class. Critics have expressed concern that casting to a white actor eradicates those dynamics. Fennell has also faced investigation for his provocative approach, with some questions whether his style is compatible with the deep gothic vision of the bronze.

Despite the controversy, the anticipation for the film is high, which comes to theaters on 13 February, 2026, on time to Valentine’s Day audience. The courageous new interpretation of one of the most turbulent love stories of English literature is one of the most spoke of next year’s literary conversions.
