Mumbai: Bollywood veteran Jackie Shroff won the hearts of people with his simple but fun message on International Yoga Day. Jackie Shroff was seen amidst the glare of cameras on Friday in his distinctive style and with a small plant in his hand.
In a video recorded by ANI and shared on social media, the ‘Karma’ actor can be seen urging journalists to maintain calm as they cornered him and asked him to share his message on International Yoga Day.
Jackie advised the photographers in his characteristic style, “Take a deep breath, you are shouting so much, you might get into trouble, take it easy.”
Shroff quipped, “Focus on your breathing, nothing else matters…”

Encouraging everyone to stay stress-free, Jackie Shroff said, “Relax, put some oxygen in your brain, everybody has to go, don’t rush.”
When asked about the significance of International Yoga Day, Shroff advised, “Teach good things to your family this Yoga Day.”
