New Delhi: Ace comedian and actor Kapil Sharma’s massive body change has caught the eyes of his fans – all thanked him for the enthusiastic paps clicking and also the latest season of his popular ‘The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show’. He looks lean, fit and attractive as usual. But what is the secret behind his new look? Well, his Yogesh Bhateja, a fitness expert spoke about the ’21 21 21′ rule, which worked for a comedian.

How Kapil Sharma’s body changed

In a video shared on YouTube channel Gunjanshouts, Yogesh Bhateja talked about changes in simple lifestyle, which help in weight loss. He said that a classic desi breakfast is butter and bread with tea, samosa, dhokla or parantha. He also said that we eat whatever we come in our way when we go out. But this happens when we are eating, and starts changing our lifestyle, we monitor our breathing patterns.

The fitness coach insisted: “Probably not physically, but mentally and emotionally. This is the place where you start walking more … This is what I did during Kapil’s weight loss journey.” When Kapil wanted to go slow, Bhateja stretched him, to check how the body reacts to movements.

What is the rule of 21-21-21?

He talked about a basic routine, which he used to Kapil and many of his customers, who wanted to lose weight, called it 21 21 21 rules. According to Bhateja, when you start your weight loss journey, the first 21 days, focus on transferring your body completely, which means workouts for the manufacture of muscles. He said, “15-20 years back, when the school used to conduct PT (physical training classes). Just do those exercises every day for 21 days, and you don’t have to do any diet control or modification; Eat as much jalebis as you want,” he said.

After that, it will be strictly count for the next 21 days what you eat. It is very important to take care of your diet, and modifications are necessary. He said, “Keep a check on your diet. I am not cutting my carbs, calories, or anything else. This is not the right approach. Just modify your diet,” he said.

Then get the benefits for the next 21 days, control smoking, drinking and caffeine. This means controlling your emotional dependence on any substance that does not give you any health benefits, and stay away from alcohol, smoking or coffee.

Yogesh Bhateja explained in the video: “These 62 days will help you to create an attitude without any pain, as you focus only on 1 thing during each set of 21 days. Now you are standing in the gym on the 22nd day. This practice will help to accept the change in your life because you are changing it, when you are modernized, you will reach the process.
