The White, directed by Montu Basi, is described as a “global thriller” that revolves around the story how Colombia’s brutal 52-year-old civil war was solved-a large-scale untold chapter of modern peace construction.
The film will be produced with Siddharth Anand’s Marfix Pictures and Mahavir Jain films, as well as with peacock pictures, with the production set of later in July this year.
Meanwhile, Vikrant has several exciting projects, including a series with ace director Rajkumar Hirani.
Last year, Vikrant surprised everyone with his secret post about his decision to take a break from acting. However, many people speculated that the actor had announced his ‘retirement’ from the industry.
Later, Vikrant issued a statement in which it was clarified that people misinterpreted his position. He also mentioned that his intention was not to implement retirement, but to take a temporary interval from acting because his “physical and mental health took a hit.”
“I can do all I can do acting. And it has given me everything that I have. My physical and mental health has taken a hit. I just want to take some time to improve my craft. I feel a sense of monotony at this time. My post is wrongly understood that I should be retired from leaving or acting. I want to take some time to focus on my family and health.
