State head
Directed by Ilya Nisular, the head of the state is a political action-thriller around a fictional US President and the Prime Minister of the UK, caught in the midst of a fatal killing plot.
President Wil Derringer (played by John Cena) is a former action star -turned -political man – meaningless, impulsive and strangely cute. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Sam Clarke (starred by Idris Elba) is his polar opposite – calm, composed and almost Stoic.
Priyanka Chopra plays the MI6 agent Noel Biset, which is on a mission to save the two most powerful men in the world. His performance is widely appreciated, many called him a “muscle of the film”.
The heads of the state are now streaming on Amazon Prime Video till 2 July.
