Mumbai: Mumbai’s session court on Friday sentenced Bollywood actress Laila Khan’s stepfather Parvez Tak to death. In fact, Parvez Tak brutally murdered Laila along with her mother and her four siblings in the year 2011. Eleven months later, the bodies of Laila, her mother and her four siblings were recovered from a bungalow in Igatpuri, Nashik district of Maharashtra. After this, Tak was arrested by the Jammu and Kashmir Police.
What is the whole matter?
The talk revealed that Laila and her family went to a farm in Igatpuri for a vacation. He went there and killed everyone and buried the bodies in the ground of the same farmhouse. The prosecution had said that after an argument over property, Tak first killed Selina and then Laila and her four siblings. The prosecution had examined 40 witnesses against Tak.
Let it be known that on May 9, Additional Sessions Judge Sachin Pawar found Tak guilty of murder and destruction of evidence and other offenses under the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Along with this, the public prosecutor had demanded death sentence for accused Parvez last week, which was accepted by the court.

Actress Laila Khan’s real name was Reshma Patel. The mother of the actress was Selina Patel. Laila was the daughter of Celina Patel and Nadir Shah. Laila’s mother had three marriages. Laila Khan got recognition from Rajesh Khanna’s film ‘Wafa: A Deadly’ love story. This movie was released in the year 2008. The film was directed by Rakhi Sawant’s brother Rakesh Sawant. Laila Khan started her film career in 2002 with the Kannada film Makeup.
