They say that every sport or fitness activity, if overdone or decreases without any recovery, causes injuries. “When this happens, we are creating subtle injuries within us. Poll is not an exception. If you are using only your right hand to suspend all then you are building stress. If you do recovery activities, including stretching and sleep, you will recover, ”he says.
According to Anusha, pole dancing can be a great start for a person’s fitness journey. “It makes strength. Poll is a game and you become strong, fit and flexible. As you move forward, you can join a gym to create more strength so that you can crack up advanced tricks, “she says,” It is necessary to train the pole to be better for your polling. ,

Since the launch of X-poll in India, pole installation in home and studio has also increased. According to Vidhi, there are about 12 to 15 studios in India which are fully equipped with ex-poles. She says, “And 50 or 100 home studios and trainers offer private classes.
According to him, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad are moving forward in home poll installation. Both men and women are investing in the pillars of the house to save time and say Vidhi to increase their self-existence session from the comfort of their home, saying that the price of X-poles poles is Rs. Is between 19,000 to Rs. 1.5 lakhs depend on the type and finish.

So are there any necessary conditions to learn this dance form? Anusha says that there are no one. “Nobody, this is something that you develop over time and have consistent and patience while doing so,” she says. There are also many styles in pole dancing, such as contemporary, pole for fitness, artistic, foreign, etc. “But at the end of the day it is art, so it is all about self -expression,” she says.
