New Delhi: Several reports are speculating that actress Shraddha Kapoor is going to get married to her rumored boyfriend Rahul Modi in Udaipur. Responding to the discussion, his brother and actor Siddhant Kapoor has addressed the reports circulating online.
A viral Instagram post claimed that the couple is planning a heritage-style wedding. The post reads, “Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is reportedly marrying her long-term boyfriend, sources say in a beautiful heritage wedding in Udaipur. Though there’s no official announcement yet, the news has already sent an emotional mix of joy and heartbreak across social media. For years, Shraddha has been fondly called the national crush, praised for her simplicity and charm. Fans are joking that the title will eventually be retired. Maybe, but at the same time, many people are really happy to see him step into a new phase of life.”
Reacting with surprise and amusement, Siddhant commented on the post, writing, “Yeh to mere liye bhi khabar hai (This is news for me too)”, making it clear that he had no prior knowledge of any such plan.

Last week, Shraddha had also grabbed attention by replying to a fan’s comment on marriage rumours.
The actress’ video went viral after a fan asked her about her wedding plans in the comments section. The user wrote, “When will you get married @Shraddha Kapoor ji?” To everyone’s surprise, the Stree 2 actress humorously replied, “I will, she will marry.”
As of now, there has been no formal statement or confirmation from Shraddha Kapoor or her family about any wedding plans.
Earlier, rumors about Shraddha and Rahul gained momentum after the actress made their relationship Instagram-official by sharing a selfie with writer Rahul Modi. The couple is twinning in white, in which Shraddha is seen holding Rahul’s arm. She captioned the post, “Dil rakh le, neend to vapaas de de yaar” (Take my heart, but at least give me back my sleep).
However, news of their alleged breakup soon surfaced when fans noticed that Shraddha had unfollowed Rahul on Instagram, further fueling the speculations.
